Selling everything from land to business properties and studios to villas. Paul Ruane's clientel vary from students to families and celebrities to Lords and Ladies. Pauls policy of honesty and an on going after sales service is the reason why he is still here after many have come and gone. An affiliated member of the 'Spanish Board of Professional Estate Agents' and also qualified in Barcelona as an expert estate agent you need have NO legal worries. Supporting the local Lions- the Maria Garcia Estrada Cancer Foundation as well as many other local charities including Los Gigantes Carnaval 2011 Paul Ruane is a very valued member of Los Gigantes community in many ways.
Nicky Wragg
Born in Sheffield Nicky spent 12 years working in conveyancing and other legal aspects for a UK lawyer before working in a private hospital and then moving to Tenerife. Head hunted by Paul Ruane 9 years ago Nicky has become an asset both to the company and the local community. Married to Rafael who is born and raised in Tenerife, they now have two children aged 9 and 5 years. Nickys wealth of experience in respect of settling in Spain or just purchasing a property for holidays both from a legal and personal aspect adds to the wealth of experience behind the name of Paul Ruane and Los Gigantes Properties S.L.
Vanessa Sanchez
Vanessa 's family routes are in the Canaries. Although only with us for eighteen months Vanessa was again personally sought out by Paul Ruane for her administration abilities in Spanish German and English.
Vanessa lives locally and spent five years as an administrator for Santiago Del Teide providing German language lessons to local children. Always available for any legal help and transactions you may require Vanessa has again become a valuable addition to Los Gigantes Properties S.L.
Val Richardson
The new lady on the team! Val is well known in the Canaries and will be dealing with some of our other services we now offer to clients as well as fronting our second property office in the centre of Los Gigantes.
Val has been in Tenerife for 18 years and has a wealth of knowledge of the Island having worked with several excursion companies... local newspapers and Power fm radio.
