Paul Ruane and Nicky Wragg found me a beautiful house outside Puerto de la Cruz in 2010 and negotiated a successful purchase of the property. They oversaw a complete refurbishment of the house and handled all the financial arrangements on my behalf. They managed the property for five years and sold it for me recently when I downsized to a house they found for me in Los Gigantes. They will once again look after all the finances both for the purchase of this house and the alterations. I have always found them to be efficient and thorough in all they have done for me.
